Course objectives
The course aims to provide students with the managerial tools needed to construct, analysis and evaluation of the Business Plan. Therefore, will be investigated the main problems of business management, both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Course program
-	Principles of corporate management and strategic planning, understanding the strategy formulation and corporate strategic planning process;
-	Identification of corporate strategic planning tools, development of a strategic map, and definition of performance indicators;
-	Construction of a business plan model (project work) including measurements, analyses, and processes for operational and economic-financial hypotheses and evaluations;
-	Summary of critical aspects of business economics (aimed at developing the business plan): determining cash flow, balance sheet analysis, balance sheet ratios, and definition of financial statements;
-	Overview of possible business models, including the different types of strategic plans;
-	Introduction to the Sustainability Plan.

No prerequisites required.

Frequency
Attendance is recommended but not mandatory.
Exam mode
The assessment will consist of the completion of a group assignment and an oral exam.
