Students that will successfully pass the “Banking and Financial Regulation” exam will be able tounderstand the issues relating to the regulation of banking and financial activities, through the study ofregulatory sources at both European and national levels. Students that will successfully pass the “Banking and Financial Regulation” exam will be able to applythe concepts relating to the purposes, characteristics, contents and exercise of supervision of banks andfinancial intermediaries and the rules to protect customers in contractual relationships with banks andfinancial intermediaries.
