Course objectives

Acquired knowledge The course deals with communication management. It focuses on marketing communication in terms of theoretical framework, managerial tools and operational techniques. During the course, case studies and project works will be used to better understand the aforementioned theoretical framework. Students will deepen their knowledge about brand management, marketing communication mix instruments (advertising, promotions, public relations, fairs, in store communication, direct marketing, packaging, brand), communication media and vehicles. Acquired skills The students will be able to understand and define strategies and policies for corporate communication and marketing communication of complex organizations. They also can acquire the appropriate skills to plan, manage and evaluate marketing communication processes.
