II To know the pharmacodynamic effects of the various classes of drugs in relation to the mechanism of action, to the fate in the organism and to the adverse effects. Knowing how to make a reasoned choice of drugs in relation to different pathological situations. Be aware of the possible influence of individual factors and concomitant pathologies on the pharmacological and / or therapeutic effect sought, as well as the risk-benefit ratio of drug therapy.
