Clinical and laboratory diagnostics of immune system diseases and allergic disorders.
Primary and secondary immunodeficiencies.
Connective tissue diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, antiphospholipid syndrome, Sjögren’s syndrome, systemic sclerosis, polymyositis/dermatomyositis).
Main organ-specific autoimmune diseases (autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, autoimmune gastropathies).
Sarcoidosis.
Vasculitis: general concepts, classification, clinical features, and diagnosis of the main forms, including:
Giant cell arteritis (temporal arteritis); Takayasu arteritis; Polyarteritis nodosa; Kawasaki disease; Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Wegener’s granulomatosis); Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (Churg–Strauss syndrome); Microscopic polyangiitis; Schönlein–Henoch purpura; Cryoglobulinemic vasculitis; Behçet’s disease.
Allergic diseases: general concepts; IgE-mediated and non–IgE-mediated allergic disorders; pseudoallergies; allergologic diagnostics; food allergies; atopic dermatitis; urticaria–angioedema syndrome; allergic rhinoconjunctivitis; allergic asthma; allergic contact dermatitis; hymenoptera venom allergy; drug allergies; severe allergic reactions (anaphylactic and anaphylactoid reactions, erythema multiforme, Stevens–Johnson syndrome, CREST syndrome).
Therapy of allergic diseases; specific desensitization immunotherapy.
