Program - Frequency - Exams

Course program
Course program of diagnostic imaging. Imaging in urgency and emergency.
Prerequisites
Knowledge of the various imaging procedures available. Knowledge of anatomy. Knowledge of the pathophysiological principles of organ diseases. Basic knowledge of medical physics.
Books
The texts used in the previous diagnostic imaging course are also suitable for this course.
Frequency
Attendance is mandatory. The hours of attendance required to take the exam are those set out in the curriculum.
Exam mode
The final assessment of the student will consist of an oral exam on at least 3 topics. To pass the exam it is necessary to achieve a mark of not less than 18/30 in each teaching module. The student must demonstrate that he has acquired sufficient knowledge of the topics covered during the course and be able to relate them to the operational implications that the various topics underlie. To achieve a score of 30/30 cum laude, the student must instead demonstrate that he has acquired an excellent knowledge of all the topics covered during the course, being able to connect them in a logical and coherent way.
