The student secretary's office carries out all administrative procedures pertaining to the student's career, from matriculation to graduation, in compliance with the rules indicated in the General Manifesto of Studies.
It is the office to which to turn for matters related to matriculation, enrollment in subsequent years, fees, transfer requests to and from other universities, transfers to another degree program, changes of order, career interruptions.
This office also performs Infostud credential retrieval, receives online degree applications, issues certificates, diplomas, returns high school diplomas, and issues notarized photocopies of high school diplomas.

The Guarantor is bound by strict confidentiality in interlocutions and possible interactions with other organs of the university.
