Judgment autonomy: The course allows the student to develop a reflective ability that highlights the faculty of judgment and evaluation of which only the human being is constitutively the holder, a itinerary on interiority and will, unique dimensions capable of safeguarding the planning for the future, to hypothesize the edifying and innovative projects of law as a statute of human dignity. Communication skills: The course also includes question and answer sessions that encourage the student to direction to expect, even provocatively and in an increasing sense, the answers from his same colleagues, under the guidance of the teacher between asking and answering each other, it often follows that the least involved reveal themselves precisely in this one circumstance and more distrustfully before this.
