Building engineering and architecture

The first objective of this course is to supply the student with the basic elements of hydraulics and hydrology essential for facing simple water resources management and water networks planning and designing problems in urban environment. Urban water networks mainly devoted to water supply and water drainage and sewerage will be described in their structural and functional aspects. The fundamental principles for their planning, design and management will be also provided.
