Study Plan - Educational Pathway
Every third-year student must submit an educational pathway outlining the courses they intend to take to earn the credits required to complete their degree program. This is done by completing a document that includes completion courses (as specified in the academic regulations for their year of enrollment) and elective courses (a minimum of 12 CFU, maximum of 15 CFU). Only three-year degree courses can be selected.
The educational pathway can be submitted only once a year. A student without an approved study plan can only take exams for compulsory courses.

Curricular Study Plan -  Individual Study Plan
🔹 What is a Curricular Study Plan?
This allows students to present their own educational pathway, which includes completion courses (optional courses) specified in the academic regulations for their year of enrollment and elective courses (minimum 12 CFU, maximum 15 CFU).

  • Elective Courses: These can be chosen from the course offerings of their degree program or from another Sapienza degree program, provided they are consistent with their course of study.
  • Procedure: It is completed and submitted online via

Manual: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10vPLZKxIqgS1a4SItdhS6lj8OmdRfeIC/view

  • Approval: If the selected courses are coherent and compatible with each other, the plan is approved, and exams can be taken and recorded.
  • Modifications: If not approved, it must be corrected and resubmitted.

🔹 What is an Individual Study Plan?
This is a personalized plan, available from the third year (Bachelor's Degree L-31), which allows students to propose an educational pathway where the completion courses may deviate from those indicated in the academic regulations for their year of enrollment. It must also include elective courses (minimum 12 CFU, maximum 15 CFU).
Courses: These can be chosen from the course offerings of their degree program or from another Sapienza degree program, provided they are consistent with their course of study.
Procedure: It is completed and submitted online, following this guide.
Approval: It is evaluated by the Academic Council (CAD) at the first available meeting after submission. If the selected courses are coherent and compatible with each other, the plan is approved, and exams can be taken and recorded.
Modifications: If not approved, it must be corrected and resubmitted.
