Please be informed that any requests for module completion certificates must be submitted by and no later than 30 July.
Please note that issuing the certificates requires confirmation from the relevant lecturers. Lecturers, understandably, may not be able to reply immediately; therefore, we need sufficient time to receive their confirmation and prepare the certificates accordingly.
To ensure that requests can be processed efficiently, please include all the required information in your email:
- Full name;
- Student ID number;
- Degree Programme;
- Year of study;
- Course code;
- Full official name of the course;
- Completed module (e.g., Unit 1, Unit 2, Module I, Module II);
- Number of CFU/ECTS credits of the module;
- Name of the lecturer with whom the exam was taken;
- Date of the exam/session in which the module was successfully completed.
Please note that many requests received so far are incomplete, especially regarding the exam date and the specific module completed. Missing information requires additional verification steps and may delay the issuing of the certificate.
