Theater, Film and Media

Please note that the "Study Plan" section of the Degree Programme catalogue serves a purely illustrative purpose regarding the planned educational offering.
For detailed information on the courses to be taken, syllabi, and the semesters in which they are held, you must refer exclusively to the "ATTENDING" section. Students are therefore required to check the courses they need to take in that section and to consult the class schedules within the "Class Timetables" section.
Finally, please note that teaching staff have been asked to specify courses, semesters, schedules, and classrooms in the "NEWS" section of their respective personal pages as well.

First-semester classes will begin on Tuesday, September 29, according to the schedule published in the "Orario" (Schedule) section of the University website (which can be consulted by selecting the specific month and day), with the exception of the following courses:

• Prof. Minuz – Introduzione alla storia del cinema (Introduction to the History of Cinema): starting October 5
• Prof. Locatelli – Storia del teatro e dello spettacolo (History of Theatre and Performing Arts): starting October 6
• Prof. Garofalo – Storia della televisione (History of Television): starting October 9
• Prof. Di Bernardi - Storia della danza I: starting 5 ottobre
• Prof.ssa Corea – Storia della Danza II (History of Dance II): starting October 20
• Prof.ssa Jovicevic – Teorie del teatro (Theatre Theories): starting November 3
• Prof.ssa Scaturro - Storia teorie e tecniche dell'attore: inizio 6 ottobre
• Prof. Canadè - Sceneggiatura: inizio 1 Ottobre

Regarding the following courses:

• Organizzazione e produzione dello spettacolo (Performing Arts Management and Production)
• Economia del cinema e dei media (Economics of Cinema and Media)
• Diritto d'autore nei media (Copyright Law in Media)

Since teaching contracts for these subjects are currently being assigned, you may see the schedule on the website but not yet the professor's name, as we are awaiting the completion of the selection procedures. Prompt updates regarding the start dates for these classes will be provided on this page.
In any case, we recommend regularly checking the personal web page of each professor for any further updates.

Students are hereby informed that, starting with the upcoming exam sessions, Prof. Massimo Moretti will replace Prof. Francesco Freddolini.

To accommodate the needs of all enrolled students and ensure maximum continuity in instruction, the following arrangements are confirmed:

Syllabus validity: Students who attended the course or prepared the subject matter under Prof. Freddolini may take the exam based on the previous professor's syllabus up to and including the January 2028 exam session.
Exam format: The exam will proceed as scheduled, in accordance with the dates and sessions already established by Prof. Moretti.

Any changes, modifications, or updates regarding the exam format will be promptly communicated via a notice published in the degree program's online course catalog.

Remember that on May 11th, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., you can vote for the student representatives' election within the Degree Courses. You've received the email with voting instructions from noreplay@opinio to your institutional email address. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.
