Greetings: Vowel-Consonant combinations (αι, ει, οι, ευ, αυ, μπ, ντ, γκ-γγ, τζ, τσ); auxiliary verb είμαι; personal pronoun (nominative) 3. Introductions: Cardinal numbers (1-10); accusative with preposition from; simple present verbs group A (-ω); 4. Nationalities: Nouns in nominative, singular number: masculine (-ας, -ης, -ος), feminine (-α, -η), neutral (-ο, -ι) 5. The family: Possessive pronoun; cardinal numbers (11-100) 6. Professions: Interrogative pronoun; predicate 7. Languages: Verbs group B1 –άω/-ώ; cardinal numbers (100-1000); nominative-accusative singular (subject-direct object); personal pronoun (accusative) 8. Means of transportation: Verb Πάω; B1 and B2 verbs; prepositions with accusative (από, με, σε, για, ως, μέχρι, παρά) 9. To obtain the credits required for this course, the student must successfully meet the assessment criteria for: a. A written and oral assessment for the Modern Greek Practice I class, which takes place at the end of the first semester. The student must successfully meet the criteria set for the Level A1 in Modern Greek.
