1) The study plan is used to select which exams—in addition to the mandatory ones—you intend to take; therefore, if the plan has never been completed, you will not be able to register for any exam sessions other than those for mandatory exams.
2) For students enrolled from the 2011-2012 academic year onwards, the study plan is completed via Infostud and all fields must be filled in; specifically, you must indicate the exams planned or already taken across the entire three-year program. It will be possible to modify your choices in subsequent years (though exams already taken cannot, of course, be removed). Students enrolled in earlier years must instead fill out the form available on the Faculty website and email it to the Department's academic administration office.
3) The study plan can be completed once per academic year during the time window specified on the Faculty and Degree Program websites; once completed, the plan must be submitted for approval (otherwise, it will remain in draft status).
4) When filling out the plan, you must adhere to the rules governing the various optional sections. After the first year, when revising the plan, the system might incorrectly 'shuffle' the exams, placing more exams in a specific group than allowed; in such cases, you must deselect the excess exams and move them to the correct group.
