Tactile italian sign language

Course objectives

A) Knowledge and understanding: the student will have an understanding of the main strategies that allow the transposition of sign language into tactile mode; he/she will be able to understand the principles governing the use of sign language for deafblind people; B) Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: the student will be able to apply the acquired knowledge to communicate basic information in tactile mode. C) Autonomy of judgment: the learner will be able to measure his or her ability to transmit the message and its communicative effectiveness. D) Communication skills: the student will be able to produce and understand through LISt expressions of general use. E) Learning skills: the student, having learned the main strategies imposed by a different modality of comunication, will be able to improve their expressive skills independently, and will know how to apply them profitably to different kinds of texts.
