Intercultural and Linguistic Mediation

The course proposes the study of the sector vocabulary and of the literary lexicon. We will discuss the main concepts necessary to know the processes of lexicogenesis and the use of vocabulary and neologisms in sectoral areas. The main pragmatic, semantic and hermeneutical aspects will be analyzed in the new discursive modalities. The student must demonstrate a correct understanding of the linguistic phenomena analyzed and the acquisition of the linguistic skills necessary to translate them correctly into their own language. Students attending at least 70% of the classes and carrying out the activities in the Moodle platform of the course are considered attending.

Intermediate tests (e-learning platform); written exoneration, individual and group work (oral). Written and oral exam on the bibliography texts and on the level of knowledge of the language (written practice part and oral theoretical). The assessment will consist of a written test and an oral test by the teacher.
