Course program
1)
Introduction to morphology, syntax and lexicon of South Slavic languages; relationships between Croatian and Serbian morphosyntax and vocabulary.
2)
Studying contemporary language through the four basic skills (mother tongue language expert exercises – lettorato – are integral part of the activities of this course).
3)
Introduction to the main concepts and the technical terminology of translation, and to history and typology of dictionaries. Reading, translating and commenting selected passages from literary works.

To pass the South Slavic Languages II (Lingue slave meridionali II) exam
