Students wishing to compete for the award must have defended their thesis on topics related to the development of mountain areas, Green Communities, and the reorganization of local authorities, at the end of their undergraduate, graduate, or master's degree program between January 1, 2024, and August 15, 2025. The deadline for submitting the thesis in PDF format is August 30, 2025.
