On 10 March 2026, the SA in order to facilitate participation in the constitutional referendum to be held on 22 and 23 March 2026, requested the suspension of teaching activities on 23 March.
Any scheduled profit examinations and graduation sessions planned for Monday, 23 March 2026, will be postponed.
Following the consultations, the student Linda Chen has been appointed as the Students’ Representative of the Master’s Degree Programme in Oriental Languages and Civilizations.
Following the restoration of the University’s IT systems, after the disruption caused by the cyberattack, the new deadlines for submitting graduation applications and the NEW start dates of the First Session 2025–26 of the graduation examinations have been approved by Rector’s Decree.
The new deadlines issued by the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy are as follows:
Graduation application: reopening from 19/02 to 21/02
Thesis defense – “former March” session: from 13 to 17 April 2026
Please refer to the calendar published on the website of the Faculty for the academic schedule and the dates of class suspension and university closures.
Some courses may begin at a later date at the discretion of the professor: please consult the individual faculty member’s profile for specific details.
Language courses include, in addition to lectures held by the course instructor, language practice sessions (lettorati) conducted by native-speaking language experts and collaborators.

Courses not listed in the current timetable may be scheduled for the second semester — details will be published at a later date — or may be assigned to adjunct (contract) instructors (see section below).
The timetables for the courses listed below, taught by adjunct instructors, are not yet available, as the assignment process is still being finalized. All relevant information regarding the instructor and the course (start date, final timetable, assigned classroom) will be published as soon as the procedure is completed.
