LAB PROGRAM The course aims to provide useful tools to recognize and acquire a useful approach to the management of human resources, aimed at the enhancement of differences related to gender, age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, etc.. The course, after the presentation of the guiding principles of Diversity Management, also declined in a historical key through the comparison with other organizational policies for the reduction of inequalities, will propose a series of meetings with professionals from business and institutional in order to analyse the practices already implemented in companies.
