THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING

Course objectives

The course aims to illustrate the main computational approaches used in Biology for analyzing complex regulatory circuits and elaborating simulation models. This part of the course will describe the state of art on the main cell regulatory systems at molecular level and the high-throughput techniques applied in genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics.
