The study plan is the list of exams and other learning activities that the student intends to take, and is essential for viewing and booking elective or free-choice courses on Infostud.
It must be submitted online, through the "Educational Paths" interface on INFOSTUD, within specific date ranges:
Dates pending publication
After logging in, you must click on the appropriate section and complete the study plan online by following the guided procedure.
Please note: The study plan can only be submitted once per academic year. Therefore, please carefully consider which exams to choose before submitting your study plan.

  • Elective exams can be selected from all of the University's degree programs (using the Advanced Search function).
  • If you include exams from other departments and faculties, make sure you have identified the exact course and program code offered in the current year, otherwise you will not be able to view the exam dates correctly. Please also note that prerequisites may be required. In the event of incorrect grades or missing exam dates, the DBA academic office cannot intervene, and you will need to contact the academic offices of the degree programs that offer the course.
  • For attendance purposes, always check the semester in which the course is offered on the Degree Program pages of the Study Catalog (for the relevant academic year).
  • Once completed, the system will indicate whether the study plan is correct. If not, you can use the "ABC" function (top left) and the system will indicate any inconsistencies it has found.
  • Once the study plan is correct, you can click "Save as draft" or, if you are sure of your choices, you can submit it for validation.
  • Attention! The completed study plan must be saved and submitted to the platform.

After submitting, you must wait for approval to register for exam sessions for the optional and/or elective courses indicated. However, it takes 24/48 hours after approval for the IT platforms to align and allow the exam sessions of the entered courses to be displayed on Infostud.
