MONITORING BY ANIMAL BIOINDICATORS

Course objectives

- The student will develop skills on a set of animal indicators and bio-ecological methodologies used in environmental quality assessment and biomonitoring in aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. - Knowledge of the biology of the main animal taxa used in bioindication and their recognition. - Achievement of specialized skills in the biomonitoring sector.
