Training
Course objectives
The curricular internship is aimed at students of all Sapienza study courses, completes the course of study for the achievement of the qualification with practical activities carried out in structures also outside the University, at a company or a private or public body and has the aim of "realizing moments of alternation between study and work as part of the training processes and to facilitate professional choices through direct knowledge of the world of work "(Article 18 of Law 196/97 and subsequent Legislative Decree No. 142/98). The Degree Course in International Cooperation and Development uses the services of the Traineeships Office of the Department of Communication and Social Research which deals with all activities related to placement, research and activation of the traineeships of students and graduates, in order to: - helping students to find curricular internships, in Italy and abroad, related to the degree course (acquisition of training credits provided by the curriculum studiorum). Such traineeships can be useful both for the development of the thesis and for the subsequent profession; - help new graduates (within 12 months from the graduation date in Italy and 18 months abroad) to find training and orientation apprentices consistent with their training and useful for a first entry into the world of work; - provide information and support to companies, institutions and institutions interested in welcoming students, undergraduates and graduates in their structures.
