Attendance is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Attending students are those who have been present for 75% of the lectures

- For attending students the assessment of learning will consist of: 1) presentations on scholars essays and on cases law choosen in accordance with the teacher ; 2) a written work (paper) on a topic of their choice. The paper will be presented by the students during the second part of the course. - The non-attending students will have to take oral examination based on the study of the the volumes provided above (see "testi adottati")

Frontal lectures in attendance and distance learning lectures are provided to the extent and in the manner allowed by the University; wokshops and paper presentations
