For attending students:

- other bibliographical references (also other textbooks to substitute for the one indicated, essays and case law for presentations) will be indicated by or agreed with the Professor during the course of the lectures for the purpose of preparing speeches and papers during the lessons.
Frequency
Attendance is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Attending students are those who have been present for 75% of the lectures
Exam mode
- For attending students the assessment of learning will consist of:
1) presentations on scholars essays and on cases law choosen in accordance with the teacher ;
2) a written work (paper) on a topic of their choice. The paper will be presented by the students during the second part of the course.
- The non-attending students will have to take oral examination based on the study of the the volumes provided above (see "testi adottati")
