ANGLOAMERICAN PUBLIC LAW
Course objectives
Students will get knowledge and understanding of the Common Law Legal System, its connotations, its history and fundamental principles. Students can develop specific competences on the common law legal system which enables them to acquire skills necessary to understand complex realities and apply this knowledge in the working field. This course fits perfectly within the specific objectives of the Programme of Study in International Relations .

Frequency
Class attendance is not compulsory.
Exam mode
The test, in oral form, will be divided on the basis of three questions about. For non attending students the exam test will only concern texts indicated in the program. For attending students the exam test will concern mainly topics explained in class and a short paper on a specific topic discussed in class.
Lesson mode
All lectures are carried out in class. Attending students can also prepare a short paper on a specific topic, in order to apply themselves to the acquired knowledge.
