It is necessary to read the Constitution while studying the texts

All fundamental rights
Constitutional Court
This recommendation is also important for those who did not study Istitutions of Public Law for their three-year degree

Frequency
Attending the lessons must be constant. The students who do not attend the lessons constantly will not have the right to do the intermediate test and cannot participate to the exercises concerning judiciary cases.
Exam mode
The oral exam is generally based on 3 questions about subjects of the course.
The students who have successfully passed the intermediate test (esonero scritto) will have 1-2 questions about the remaining part of the course.
The intermediate written test is not obligatory and will consist of 1-2 open questions on subjects of the course. Only the students who attend the lessons will have the right to do the intermediate test.
Exercises concerning the exposition of a judiciary case will be also be evaluated. The exercises are not obligatory.
Lesson mode
The teaching will consist of oral lessons. The subjects are usually current and interesting for the students. For this reason, dialogic interaction with the students is admitted.
Some exercises are planned. Volunteer students will have the opportunity to give presentations on decisions of the Constitutional Court and the European Courts concerning fundamental rights, which the lecturer will make available to attendees at the beginning of the course.
