Project management and evaluation of social services

The course aims to transfer the specific skills students in the Human Services Planning. In this regard, it will refer to a concrete case of a notice issued by the Municipal an administration, of which notice will be analyzed and capitulate. The student will then drove in the acquisition of basic design concepts - at local and EU level - being able to parallel experience firsthand the application of these concepts. The lessons, therefore, alternate moments theoretical to practical moments, in which the student will be found to deal with a particular case, however potenso exploit the methodology of teamwork. The goal is to ensure that at the end of the course the student has acquired knowledge about the latest thinking for the design of services and practical skills in reading and in response to a notice issued by the Public Administration.

Knowledge of the methods and techniques of social work constitutes a fundamental prerequisite for being able to profitably follow the course.

The lessons will be frontal, accompanied by the presentation of slides to help the student memorize the most important points.

Attendance is not compulsory, but it is encouraged and recommended.

There will be an oral exam on the program. Those who wish, to get an idea of ​​their preparation, can optionally participate in the simulated test of drafting a project for the response to a public selection.
