Research Interests
Metabolic and endocrine disorders, including type 2 diabetes, obesity, metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD/NAFLD), adipose tissue inflammation, and cardiometabolic risk.
Principal or co-investigator in multiple national and international clinical trials, and participant in international collaborations such as SUMMER Study, DARWIN Renal Study, and MAFLD ICD-11 group.
