Curriculum

Ferdinando Nunziata was born in Italy in 1982. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees (summa cum laude) in telecommunications engineering and the Ph.D. degree in curriculum electromagnetic fields all from the Università degli Studi di Napoli “Parthenope,” Napoli, Italy, in 2003, 2005, and 2008, respectively.
Since 2024 he has been Full Professor in electromagnetic fields with Sapienza Università di Roma, Dipartimento di Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica e Telecomunicazioni, Rome, Italy.
His research interests is focused on applied electromagnetic, including electromagnetic modeling, single- and multi-polarization sea surface scattering, radar polarimetry, synthetic aperture radar sea oil slick and metallic target monitoring, spatial resolution enhancement techniques, and Global Navigation Satellite System—Reflectometry (GNSS-R).
He is the author/coauthor of about more than 200 peer-reviewed and refereed conferences publications.
