MARIA LUISA FARNESE

Maria Luisa Farnese, psychologist (Sapienza University of Rome), chartered psychologist and psychotherapist (Sapienza University of Rome), Ph.D. in Work and Organizational Psychology (University of Bologna).
She is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology, Sapienza University of Rome, where she teaches Organizational Psychology (bachelor’s degree) and Training Psychology (master’s degree).
Her main research interests include organizational learning and learning from mistakes, trust processes in the workplace, socialization at work, professional and organizational identity building, and organizational culture. She has published extensively on these topics in academic journals and books.
