Curriculum
Danilo Comminiello è Professore Associato nel settore scientifico-disciplinare di Elettrotecnica (ING-IND/31) presso il Dipartimento di Ingegneria dell’Informazione, Elettronica e Telecomunicazioni della Sapienza Università di Roma. La sua attività di ricerca si concentra sullo sviluppo di modelli avanzati di machine learning e reti neurali, in particolare su sistemi di apprendimento adattivo e modelli generativi per l’analisi di segnali audio, immagini, dati biomedici e sensori.
È attualmente Chair del "IEEE Machine Learning for Signal Processing Technical Committee" e coordina la "IEEE Task Force on Computational Audio Processing". È inoltre Associate Editor di riviste scientifiche di riferimento, tra cui IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems e IEEE Signal Processing Magazine. Ha organizzato conferenze internazionali di primo piano come MLSP 2023 e IJCNN 2025.
