
Curriculum
Architect, PhD in Urban and Regional Planning, he is Associate Professor of Urban Planning at the Department of Planning Design and Technology of Architecture of Sapienza-University of Rome.
He is deputy coordinator of the development cooperation project OCSHC “Oriental Cuba Small Historical Centres” (2022-2025), funded by AICS Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and carried out by the Roma Tre University with the Oficina del Conservador de la Ciudad of Santiago de Cuba and the Universidad de Oriente (Santiago de Cuba). From 2022 to 2024 it was also coordinator of this project.
His main research themes are: infrastructures, mobility and territory; the rules urban and suburban settlements; the urban renewal of historic centres. Actually, on these issues he carries out and coordinates researches and projects both at nationally and internationally level and also in developing countries.
He has lectured at various universities in Italy, Europe and Latin America.
