Sabrina Sabatini
Associate Professor in Molecular Biology at the University of Rome Sapienza, Rome, Italy.

The research work of Sabrina Sabatini is focused on the Arabidopsis root meristem as a model system and aims to clarify the fundamental processes that govern the division and differentiation processes of stem cells.
Education:
- 1993: M.Sc. degree in Biology cum laude, Sapienza University of Rome.
- 1998: Ph.D. in Genetics and Molecular Biology, Sapienza University of Rome.
Research Experience:
- 1998-2003: Post-Doctoral Fellow, University of Utrecht (NL), Dpt. of Genetics and Cell Biology.
- 2003-2006, 2008: Contract professor at Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences faculty, Sapienza University of Rome.
- 2008-2012: Researcher at the Dpt. of Genetics and Molecular Biology, Sapienza University of Rome.
- 2012-present: Associate Professor at the Dpt. of Biology and Biotechnology, Sapienza University of Rome.
