My editorial activities during the past ten years have been extensive. Especially noteworthy is my having co-founded a new series at Ohio University Press (four titles published since 2018; three currently under contract) and my having contributed to re-launching “Africa”, Italy’s prime Africanist journal in 2018. Since 2016, I have also served as a member of the editorial committee of the Fontes Historiae Africanae series (published by Oxford University Press for the British Academy). This committee meets in London twice a year.
