Ricordo a tutti gli studenti che, per contattare il docente per email, occorre:
- scrivere dall'indirizzo di posta istituzionale della Sapienza cognome.numeromatricola@studenti.uniroma1.it;
- indicare chiaramente nell'oggetto il motivo della email;
- includere nel testo della email il nome del Corso di Studi di appartenenza e quello dell'insegnamento per il quale si sta contattando il docente;
- firmare l'email, con nome e cognome.

Si ricorda che per poter sostenere l’esame è necessario prenotarsi su Infostud entro il termine fissato per ciascun appello. Ogni anno le date degli appelli e le relative finestre temporali per la prenotazione all’esame sono pubblicate nel mese di Settembre su questa pagina web e su Infostud.
Si raccomanda di fare la prenotazione su Infostud entro i termini previsti e stampare contestualmente la ricevuta.

VERBALIZZAZIONE
Di seguito sono riportate le modalità di verbalizzazione dell'esito della prova d'esame stabilite dalla Facoltà:
Se lo studente:
- rinuncia al voto va selezionato rinuncia ed indicato il voto positivo a cui rinuncia.
- non supera l'esame va indicato rinuncia senza voto (nel caso, si intende che lo studente è stato respinto, ma la bocciatura non risulterà nella carriera dello studente);
- chiede che il non superamento dell'esame risulti nella sua carriera (ma solo se lo chiede lui) va indicato presente con voto 17. In questo caso risulterà respinto nella sua carriera.
- è assente, ovvero non si presenta l'esame, va verbalizzato su infostud come assente.
SESSIONI DI ESAMI STRAORDINARIE
Gli appelli straordinari di aprile e ottobre sono riservati alle seguenti categorie di studenti:
studenti fuori corso;
laureandi;
studenti part time;
studenti che hanno completato il 3° anno di corso;
studenti con disabilità e DSA;
studentesse madri e studenti padri con figlio/i di età inferiore a tre anni;
studentesse in stato di gravidanza.
Gli studenti in corso appartenenti a una di queste categorie possono accedere all'esame previo invio al docente di documentazione che attesti il suo status. Gli studenti lavoratori devono compilare e inviare al docente, e in copia alla segreteria, il modulo disponibile al link seguente:

IMPORTANT: EXAM REGISTRATION
This is to remember that, to attend the exam, it is mandatory to register on Infostud whithin the fixed deadline. Each academic year, in September, all the exam dates and related deadlines are published on this webpage and on Infostud.
Students should be also informed that the date indicated for the exam has to be intended as the 'starting date'. Therefore, for organizational reasons, the exam date could be moved forward within the range fixed by the teacher in Infostud.
Students should be also informed that the date indicated for the exam has to be intended as the 'starting date' of the exam session. The starting date of the exam published in Infostud is the first day in which exams can start. Depending on the number of students registered for the exam, and, in general for organizational reasons, some students could be summoned in a following day. This is a general rule which is necessary when a large number of students are registered for the exam. Dates and hours of the summon cannot be changed except for very special reasons that students should motivate to the teacher.
IMPORTANT: EXAM call
In each exam session, exams starts in the date fixed on Infostud, but, depending on the number of students registered for the exam, some students could be summoned in a following day. This is a general rule which applies when a large number of students are registered for the exam in the same session. For this reason, students will be called according to a precise schedule, and exam dates and hours cannot be changed.

EXAM EXTRA SESSIONS
This is to inform you that exam sessions held in the periods April-May and October-November of each year are dedicated to the students who are in one of the following special conditions:
- students who have not completed their university exams within the set time period (studenti 'fuori corso');
- students about to graduate (laureandi), that is, this is their last exam;
- part time students;
- students enrolled in the 3rd year or more;
- students with disability (DSA);
- students who are mothers and students who are fathers of chieldren less than 3 years old;
- pregnant students.
Only these students can register for the extra sessions, and they have to motivate their condition to the teacher by sending an email with the related documentation certifying their condition (10 days before the exam date). The same documents should be sent to the administrative offices (Segreteria Didattica). Only after a check of such documents the student will be admitted to the exam.
Worker-students must fill the form available at the following link, and send to the teacher and to the secretariat:

Students with a disability have to contact the dedicated office at La Sapienza. The office will communicate their names to the theacher.
ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD OF THE FINAL EXAM
Pursuant to University regulations, the administrative record of a final exam held by students at the Faculty of Economics will show one of the following outcomes:
- the actual grade ("voto") if this is between 18/30 (60%) and 30/30 (100%), with or without laude ("lode"), and the student has agreed to have this outcome recorded officially;
- "rinuncia" if the grade is at least 18/30 but the student has declined this grade and wishes to retake the exam (however, the grade that was declined by the student will be recorded for administrative purposes);
- "rinuncia" if the student fails (i.e., the grade is less than 18/30) and the student does not request to have this outcome recorded officially. In this case, the failure will not show in the student's transcripts;
- "respinto" if the student fails (i.e., the grade is less than 18/30) and the student has requested to have this outcome recorded officially. In this case, the failure will show in the student's transcripts.
- "assente" if the student has registered on Infostud for taking the exam but he/she does not attend the exam.
