As part of initiatives implemented by the Career Service and its partners, I am pleased to announce the launch of Next Generation Nurses, the free orientation program created by the Johnson & Johnson Foundation to support the next generation of nurses in the transition from education to professional practice. The program combines personal well-being, digital skills, and interpersonal and leadership skills.
The initiative is open to all undergraduate and recent graduate students in Nursing at Sapienza University of Rome who wish to develop strategic soft skills to build their professional future with solidity and awareness.
The training sessions will be led by Johnson & Johnson experts in the field, who will share their professional and technical expertise to support future generations of healthcare workers in developing relevant soft skills.
The program includes three webinars, each dedicated to a key soft skill, according to the following schedule:
May 26, 2:30 PM - Mental Well-Being in the Early Years of Nursing (https://www.uniroma1.it/it/offerta-formativa/competenze-trasversali/next...)
