Main techniques involving the use of antibodies useful in laboratory diagnosis such as: i ELISA, RIA, CHEMILUNINESCENCE, WESTER BLOT
DESCRIBE THE PRINCIPLES OF IMMUNOMETRY AND USE OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES AND SPECIFY THE MAIN USES FOR THEIR CLINICAL DETERMINATION.
ABO AND HLA TYPING
Prerequisites
To tackle the laboratory techniques course the student must have the basics of Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry

Teaching mode
The teacher provides frontal teaching with traditional methods, with audiovisual aids and with lesson scheduling as reported on the GOMP System.
Exam mode
During the academic year, the students have eight dates available to be assessed, distributed so as not to be superimposed on the performance of the lessons
The written test includes twenty multiple choice questions, of which only one will be the correct answer.
The oral exam will be taken only by students who have passed the written test,
