The Degree Program in Neurophysiopathology Techniques aims to train professionals to manage the processes required to perform various types of neurophysiological examinations: electroencephalography, multimodal potentials, polygraphy, electromyography and electroneurography, and Doppler sonography, for diagnostic and/or research purposes.
Graduates must have a good basic knowledge of the morphology and physiological mechanisms underlying the functions of the central and peripheral nervous systems. They must also have a systematic understanding of the most significant diseases of the central, peripheral, and muscular nervous systems, as well as child neuropsychiatry.
The program includes both theoretical and practical training and internships. Particular emphasis is placed on practical training and internships, conducted under the supervision and guidance of professional tutors and coordinated by a professor with the highest level of professional qualifications.
