basic concepts of epidemiology:
- prevalent and incident morbidity, mortality; endemic and epidemic distribution;
- epidemiological studies: descriptive, analytical or experimental;
- measures of association and risk estimation, screening tests;
- indicators and procedures for epidemiological detection of food consumption, malnutrition and related pathologies, eating disorders;
- critical analysis of epidemiological studies;
