THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING

Course objectives

The Module focuses on installations with an ephemeral and provisional character, providing students with theoretical and technical tools for the design and realisation of spaces that are catalysts for social innovation regeneration. Objectives include: - Knowledge and study of exhibit design from the museum context to urban furniture. - Knowledge of design techniques. - Insight into perception issues such as colour and scalar manipulation. - Development of a research and analysis method to gather useful information for the project. - Ability to read the architectural or urban context for the insertion of the installation: students will have the tools to grasp the Genius Loci of the intervention space, creating projects that are organic and harmonious with the surrounding space. - Elaboration of an original design concept through the interpretation of the general theme. - Application of contemporary design tools such as concept maps and storytelling, including digital ones, to create a multi-sensory experience for the visitor. - Effective communication of the project through concise deliverables, considering the importance of graphics and communication
