Prerequisites
The course aims at providing the student with the basic notions about private law in the frame of general notions and principles about law systems, interpretation of law and protection of rights.

Frequency
Attendance to lessons as well as partecipation in tutorship activities is highly recommended

Written test with multiple choices plus written responses (free text) to ad hoc questions
