Course objectives

Among the learning objectives of the Clinical Psychology course: - understanding the concept of mental disorder in medicine and in clinical psychology and the psychological evaluation of mental disorders; - knowing how to evaluate mental disorders in a psychological perspective; - understanding of the person in times of crisis within the life cycle; - developing knowledge on the development of personality and personological disharmonies, and on methodological approaches in clinical psychology.

Frequency
Following the Regulations of the CdS, the student is required to attend educational activities, formal, non-formal, vocational. The attendance is checked by the teachers through signature / roll call, based on updated lists provided by the Academic Office, as established by CCL. The certificate of attendance to the course is mandatory and required to the student to be admitted at the final exam.
Exam mode
This course includes a written exam that determines the eligibility to take the other teaching modules of the PSICHIATRIA E PSICOLOGIA CLINICA exam, which will be achieved by the student with a grade of not less than 18/30. To pass the exam it is necessary to achieve a grade of not less than 18/30 in each module. The student must demonstrate that they have acquired an adequate knowledge of the topics. To achieve a score of 30/30 cum laude, the student must instead demonstrate that he/she has acquired an excellent knowledge of all the topics covered during the course, being able to connect them in a logical and coherent way. The dates of the exams are published on the CdS website in the relative section.
