For the part of remuneration and welfare policies: I. Alvino, S. Ciucciovino, R. Romei (a cura di), Il welfare aziendale. Una prospettiva giuridica, Bologna, Il Mulino, 2019. Other materials will be made available by the teachers during the course. For the part of Performance management, materials and handouts to support the lessons and for the preparation for the exam will be made available by the teacher during the course of the course.
Teaching mode
The course will follow the method of the frontal lesson. The lessons provide for the active participation of collaborators and students.
Frequency
Attendance of the course is optional.
Exam mode
The exam is oral and consists of at least two questions related to the course contents. The evaluation is based on the following criteria: - completeness of the answer; - language skills; - logic skills in the argumentation; - ability to express concepts; - ability to drop concepts into reality.
