Course program
1. Role of the built environment in determining the health of the population 2. Indoor risk factors (chemical, physical and biological), their sources and the buildings’ characteristics that have an impact on their presence and effects. 3. Performance objectives of buildings compatible with the users’ wellbeing. 4. Analysis of case studies which and good practices to improve health and wellbeing. 5. Methods and techniques for assessing the quality of the indoor environment.

Student attendance will be tracked during class.
Exam mode
The written exam includes a test consisting of 30 questions with multiple choice answers on the topics covered in class.
Lesson mode
