solidification structures; blowholes and cracks in the melted area,
thermal cycle and thermal repartition,
sensitization.Weldability.Non-destructive testing: Liquid penetrant

Frequency
Attendance, optional, takes place according to the classrooms and times established by the Presidency. Attendance, although strongly encouraged, does not contribute to the final evaluation
Exam mode
The assessment is based on the results of an oral interview, aimed at verifying the acquisition:
To obtain the highest marks (30/30 cum laude) the student must demonstrate that he has acquired an excellent knowledge of all the topics covered in the course, and that he can apply this knowledge to the solution of problems in the field of industrial engineering, proposing original solutions and demonstrating that they have deepened the study of the subject individually and with personal contributions.
