Course program
Basics of finite elements calculus with applications to beam frames.
Prerequisites
Linear algebra; mechanics of beams as one-dimensional continua.

Frequency
Attendance is optional; educational material, especially for teaching conducted in mixed mode, is available on the educational page jacopociambella.site.uniroma1.it and on the dedicated Google Classroom platform for the course.
Exam mode
The evaluation is based on the discussion of a numerical self-made code, either by the single or by a team, on an application related to the themes dealt with in classes.
Lesson mode
Lectures in presence and at a distance; team exercises and workhsop activities on pattern schemes, with softare for scientific computing.
