Therefore, the two candidates with the highest number of votes are formally elected. The counting was carried out according to the established procedures, and all votes have been properly recorded.
This is to inform you that the President of the Degree Programme, Prof. Walter Quattrociocchi, has appointed the Commission responsible for the voting operations, the ballot counting, and the proclamation of the elected student representatives for the MSc Degree Programme in Data Science, scheduled for 2 December.

Dear Students,
We would like to inform you that elections have been called for the appointment of two representatives of the Master's Degree Program in Data Science. Each enrolled student has received an email with instructions on how to run for election and vote, along with a letter signed by the Program Director, Prof. Walter Quattrociocchi.
Candidacies (Passive Electorate):
Only students enrolled in the Master's Degree Program in Data Science are eligible to run for election.
Candidacies must be submitted through the online form: [Application Form], no later than Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Voting (Active Electorate):
All enrolled students are eligible to vote on December 2, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, via the Helios Voting Platform, using their institutional email credentials (@studenti.uniroma1.it).
In the days leading up to the election, each student will receive an invitation email to their institutional address with instructions on how to cast their vote by choosing a preferred candidate.

Results and Proclamation:
The results will be communicated via email and published in the Educational Offer section, under "Organization, Contacts, and Regulations" of the Master's Degree Program, five days after publication, during which time it will be possible to submit any appeals.
The candidate with the most votes will be declared elected. In case of a tie, priority will be given to the candidate who has been enrolled for the shortest time. If the tie persists, the youngest candidate will prevail.
The term of office is two years and will be terminated if the individual loses their student status.
In the event of resignation, disqualification, or ineligibility, the next candidate on the list will take over. If no such candidate exists, the position will remain vacant until the next elections.
