Training

Course objectives

The aim of the internship is to apply knowledge received during the studies to a particular business entity or public or private institution, and in that way to build a relationship between theories and practice – see art. 18, TREU law n° 196/97. The internship activities are oriented to the insertion of the student in the world of work, with the modalities envisaged for outgoing orientation. The internship has a professionalizing value and can include training activities at qualified companies in the main tourist sectors or training collaborations with experts in the field at the university and other conferences and seminars designed to provide this type of education.
