The teaching program is divided into four main themes 1) Elements of human communication and persuasion 2) Non-verbal communication 3) Conflict Resolution and Negotiation 4) The Spikes protocol for reporting bad news

Students will be able to use the material made available by the teacher (Slides of the lessons and articles) published on the "Classroom" group of the course
Teaching mode
The teaching will be carried out in "blended" mode with part of the students in the classroom and a part connected online. In addition to the frontal teaching, a series of role-playing exercises in dyads are programmed to put into practice the contents transmitted and discussed.

Exam mode
The evaluation will take place through a written test consisting of 5 questions to which the student will have to answer with a short text. It is also possible to request an oral integration by the teacher.
